Central to the growth and respect enjoyed by the Residential Service Contract industry in Texas is the leadership of the Texas Warranty Association. Regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) under the provisions of the Residential Service Company Act (Article 6573b, V.T.C.S.) and working in close cooperation with the Texas Association of Realtors through their association, members of the TWA are dedicated to maintaining industry ethics and advancing consumer education.

TWA Statement of Principles are as follows:

To provide the home buyer and seller with the fair, sound clear coverage at published prices.
To respond to all service requests in a prompt and timely manner.
To maintain all capital, surplus and reserves required by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
To adjudicate disputes between homeowners, contractors, and our companies in a prompt and fair manner.
